The website kbbservices.org is owned by Simon Acres Group Ltd and can be utilised by job seekers, employers and others by following our terms and conditions. Accessing it`s data is deemed that you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Privacy policy:

Please see our privacy policy that details the use of personal information. All data supplied by users of kbbservices.org are governed by our privacy policy. Personal data which you supply to us may be transferred to a third party such as a potential employer or other service providers that may be stored or processed on our behalf. We will handle your information as per our privacy policy and at any time, you can contact us to unsubscribe or request your personal information to be removed.

KBB Recruitment is a trading name of Simon Acres Group Ltd registered in England and Wales company number 11316394. Our registered office is C/O BTS Accountancy, The Hall, Thorpe Street Raunds, NN9 6LT. Our trading address is 2/3 Hillstone Barns, Brook Street, Hargrave, NN9 6BP

5. Site usage

The services and information available on www.kbbrecruitment.co.uk are provided for the sole purpose of employers seeking to recruit staff and/or individuals looking for employment. For these purposes only, you can use, print and download information only and for no other commercial or personal reasons.

Under the Data Protection Act 2018 any personal data accessed or otherwise processed by a user as a result of access to the site or our services, the user agrees to be the sole data controller of such personal data and be solely responsible for its processing.

7. Accepting our services: –

8.The contract between kbb services and you in respect of the Services (the “Contract”) is the online payment gateway as the binding purchase order as detailed in the confirmation of order.

The order process will allow you to amend any errors before submitting your advert order.

9. If you have already paid for the advert and wish to cancel we reserve the right to review and if deemed reasonable we will refund you pro-rata to the time left of the advert agreement period.
10. We reserve the right to amend our services or prices that will not affect the proposition.
11. It is your responsibility to ensure that the job advert is complete and accurate.
12. If our service is delayed due to information being incomplete, we will not be responsible for any costs or losses.
13. 1Our charges are quoted with VAT on line and prices requoted on the online order form at checkout.
14. Job adverts will be posted on the kbb recruitment site and remain live for as long as agreed within the order or package. You will need to inform us if the vacancy is filled and then we will be able to delete the job advert.
15. Payment for our service can be online with a credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
16. All Job adverts can only be added and go live during working hours 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and after payment has been confirmed.
17. We may need to review, challenge or delete the advert or content of the adverts and as such, will contact you and provide notification and/or agree alternative content. For example, adverts which may look to discriminate age, sex, race or disability are not legal.
18. Response quality or volumes to adverts cannot be guaranteed. All CV`s will be forwarded to you if Bronze or Silver services are selected and all other packages, we will select candidates based on your criteria.
